Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing all transactions conducted through Moist, operated by Dodo Global Limited. By completing a purchase, funding your account, or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Moist operates as a digital rewards platform facilitating the instant delivery of prepaid products. Given the nature of digital delivery and third-party integrations,we do not issue refunds or reversals under any circumstances.
2. All Sales Are Final
Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded. This policy applies to all:
- Digital vouchers and gift cards purchased via Moist
- Prepaid orders or credits loaded into your account
- Account balances remaining after order completion or closure
- Partially used or unredeemed digital rewards
Digital rewards are considered delivered once issued to the designated recipient, even if the recipient does not redeem or use them.
3. Account Balance and Credits
Any remaining account balance, prepaid funds, or credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Users are solely responsible for utilizing their funds before closing or discontinuing their account.
Dodo Global Limited shall not be held liable for unspent balances, delays, or transaction issues caused by external systems, compliance holds, or third-party providers.
4. Exceptions
Due to the digital and prepaid nature of the services, refunds are generally not permitted and no exceptions will ordinarily be made except where required by applicable law in the user’s jurisdiction.
However, Dodo Global Limited reserves the sole right, at its absolute discretion, to review and process a refund or credit adjustment in exceptional circumstances where it deems it appropriate to do so. Such decisions are made entirely on a case-by-case basis anddo not establish any obligation or precedent.
In any case where a refund is granted, the total amount shall not exceed the original transaction value and may be issued as either account credit or direct refund, at the Company’s discretion.
5. Disputes and Support
If you believe a transaction error occurred due to a technical or system malfunction, please contact our support team at hi@moist.ggwithin 7 days of the transaction.
Our team will investigate the matter for record-keeping and compliance purposes only. This process does not constitute a refund guarantee and will not result in monetary reimbursement.
6. Acceptance of Policy
By accessing or using Moist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full. Continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
